Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive on behalf of a prestigious luxury Winelands farm and guest suite property, with the role based between Stellenbosch and Randburg, Gauteng.

• Position: Sales Executive
  

• Location: Stellenbosch / Randburg, Gauteng
  

• Property Type: Luxury Catering Company
  

• Salary: R25,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth for the property
  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners and industry contacts
  

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  

• Manage existing client accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
  

• Conduct sales calls, meetings and property presentations
  

• Promote the property's accommodation and hospitality offering to relevant markets
  

• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports
  

• Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets
  

• Represent the property professionally at relevant trade events and networking opportunities
  

• Collaborate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role within luxury hospitality, hotels, lodges or tourism
  

• Strong existing industry contacts would be advantageous
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  

• Confident and professional approach to client engagement
  

• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities
  

• Highly organised with excellent follow-through
  

• Target-driven and commercially minded
  

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
  

• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  

• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel would be advantageous
  

• Relevant hospitality, tourism or sales qualifications would be beneficial
