Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, order coordination, follow-ups, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships and work closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with existing customers
  
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery
  
• Follow up with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics teams
  
• Provide regular order and delivery updates to customers
  
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems
  
• Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
  
• Conduct customer follow-ups and collect feedback
  
• Support the sales team in customer retention and repeat business
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  
• Prepare customer reports, MIS, and follow-up status
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
