About ADGT Advanced Digital Gaming Technology (ADGT) provides gaming payments solutions and gaming hardware to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and operates from Abu Dhabi, supporting the build-out of the UAE's regulated gaming sector. Our solutions span secure payment systems, cashless and cash-handling infrastructure, AML and compliance tooling, credit and marker services, electronic table game peripherals, and customer-facing kiosks. We work directly with GCGRA-licensed operators and integrated resorts to deliver technology that is secure, auditable, and compliant by design. The Software Engineer, .NET and Java will support the development, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise payment applications and transaction processing platforms across multiple fintech products. The role requires strong experience across C#, .NET, Java, SQL Server and enterprise middleware technologies, with exposure to payment processing, transaction switching or card based systems considered highly advantageous. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across legacy and modern application environments, supporting both operational stability and ongoing platform enhancements within a fast-paced fintech setting.

Essential Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years’ experience across C#, .NET, Java, SQL Server Knowledge of APIs, databases, and Azure and/ or AWS cloud-based environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English Experience with fintech products and transaction processing platforms Desirable Experience within gaming or regulated industries. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of secure development practices. Personal Attributes Strong attention to detail.
