What You'll Do:

Strong ServiceNow technical and architectural expertise across ITSM and ITOM.
Deep experience implementing and governing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNow.
Proven track record leading transformation programs from customized ITIL processes to OOB ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow OOB process design principles.
Hands-on experience with Now Assist implementation and adoption.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence business and technical teams.
Experience defining platform governance, standards, and architectural guardrails.
Experience with CMDB modernization, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
Experience with AI-driven ServiceNow solutions

Good to Have

Knowledge of IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM) and related ServiceNow capabilities.
Exposure to large-scale global ServiceNow transformations in complex enterprise environments.
Experience with ServiceNow Platform upgrades, technical debt reduction, and platform rationalization initiatives.
Certification(s) such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or relevant ServiceNow implementation certifications.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Azure, Databricks, SAP, or other ERP and monitoring solutions.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
