Cyber Security Engineer

Reverside is an established IT services provider delivering Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join the Identity & Access Platforms team. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, securing, and operating identity governance and access management platforms across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory and identity platforms.
  
• Implement and maintain authentication protocols including SAML and OpenID Connect.
  
• Support identity providers such as Keycloak and Entra ID.
  
• Ensure secure integration and operation of identity services.  
  
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
  
• Implement IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and least-privilege principles.
  
• Apply JIT/JEA practices to strengthen identity security.
  
• Collaborate with technical and security teams to support business objectives.
  
• Support hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operating systems.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
  
• 5+ years’ experience in Active Directory administration and support.  
  
• Strong knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols.
  
• Experience with SAML and OpenID Connect.
  
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
  
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  
• Keycloak experience is advantageous.
  
• Entra ID experience is advantageous.
