We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Off Plan real estate sales team in Abu Dhabi. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales strategies, build client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales targets within the vibrant real estate market. Join us to contribute to shaping Abu Dhabi’s skyline through innovative property sales solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Off Plan real estate projects to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and ensure exceptional customer service. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders. - Coordinate with marketing and project teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and project timelines. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches accordingly. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to real estate transactions.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector, specifically with Off Plan properties. - Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet deadlines consistently. - Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
