CRM Executive

Pay: ₹25,000.00-₹30,000.00 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer data, and coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer follow-ups
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  
• Track leads, inquiries, and sales progress through the CRM
  
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Generate reports on leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
  
• Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and service updates
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
  
• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
