A supportive SEN school in Bexley is seeking a teaching assistant to strengthen literacy, communication and classroom confidence for pupils with additional needs.

What you will do

• Deliver planned reading, vocabulary and communication activities.
• Use visual prompts, modelling and repetition to support understanding.
• Record progress and share practical observations with the teaching team.
• Encourage positive participation throughout the school day.

What you will bring

• Experience supporting literacy, communication or pupils with SEND.
• Patient communication and reliable safeguarding practice.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
