Cluster Head - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

·        Analyze work orders and project drawings, identifying critical elements and potential risks.

·        Plan and allocate resources (materials, manpower, and supervision) for smooth project execution.

·        Ensure proper site execution with coordination between teams and clients.

·        Create detailed site-specific plans and mitigate risks with the support of the GM and technical teams.

Cost & Margin Management:

·        Achieve sales billing targets and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.

·        Monitor and control resource efficiency and inventory management.

·        Track sales forecasts and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.

Working Capital Management:

·        Ensure timely conversion of work done into certified invoices and recovery of debts.

·        Manage client payments and coordinate on bank guarantees and retention dues.

Process Compliance & Governance:

·        Oversee inventory management, statutory compliance, and safety protocols.

·        Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation as required.

Customer Management:

·        Lead client kick-off meetings and ensure project scope alignment.

·        Address client complaints and manage claims for additional work or price variations.

·        Obtain completion certificates and ensure client satisfaction for potential repeat business.

People Management:

·        Conduct regular reviews of project progress with the project team.

·        Identify training needs and arrange necessary training for the team.

 

Requirements

minimum 12 years of experience in waterproofing
BE Civil or more
