- B2B Consultation: Analyze the specific parts, equipment, and service needs of commercial fleets, independent repair facilities, municipalities, and owner-operators to deliver tailored solutions.
- Parts & Service Sales: Promote and sell our comprehensive catalog of heavy-duty truck/trailer components, customized truck equipment, and shop repair/maintenance services.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain a robust pipeline of active accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, resolving technical parts inquiries, and establishing long-term service contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and pricing shifts within the local territory to identify new product or service opportunities.
- Sales Administration: Track daily client touchpoints, log pipeline activity, submit regular sales forecasts, and generate accurate pricing quotes.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck and trailer mechanics, components (brakes, suspension, drivetrain, hydraulics), and commercial fleet maintenance operations.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of cold calling, overcoming objections, managing a multi-stage sales cycle, and closing high-value service or parts agreements.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical solutions to both fleet mechanics and corporate purchasing managers.
- Travel & Mobility: Ability to travel extensively throughout the designated local territory daily. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Industry Savviness: Proficiency with parts cross-referencing catalogs, and standard inventory lookup systems.
