Civil Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to lead and supervise construction site activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, playing a key role in the success of our construction projects in the dynamic UAE market. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site to ensure efficient progress. - Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors. - Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to guide work execution. - Manage resources and materials to optimize productivity and minimize waste. - Report project status, delays, and issues to project managers. - Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines. - Facilitate effective communication between workers, management, and clients.

- Proven Minimum 3 years experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in construction projects. - Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus. - Relevant certifications in construction or safety management are advantageous.
