We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA/QC Manager to establish and manage an integrated quality assurance and quality control system covering both factory production in Indonesia and site installation abroad, acting as the representative responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the project's quality management system, ensuring furniture and fit-out works consistently meet contractual and specification requirements.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for furniture production
📊 Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards
📝 Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings
🤝 Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
🔧 Train staff on quality control best practices
📅 Manage documentation related to quality control activities

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field, the qualification level typically preferred for this role across engineering, technical and construction-related fields.
• Minimum 10 years' QA/QC experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery or interior fit-out, with at least part of that experience specifically in a quality-focused position within a related construction field.
• Working knowledge of trades, disciplines and associated inspection/testing techniques relevant to furniture and fit-out works, together with familiarity with special processes across the trades involved in the project.
• Experience integrating factory and site quality systems, not only a single-location quality function.
• Proficiency with quality management documentation and reporting tools, along with excellent oral and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
