We are currently working with a leading Financial Services firm who are looking to hire a Broker Support Associate to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of service and support to brokers, ensuring queries and requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
Manage new account opening and account related queries.
Liaise with internal operations teams to support broker and client requirements.
Maintain and update broker and client pipelines and relevant management information.
Support Account Managers while developing strong knowledge across pensions and investment products.

Requirements:

APA or QFA qualified
Degree in business, finance or a related discipline
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills
Strong customer service skills
Good numerical skills
