Senovo is recruiting a Complex Needs Personal Care Teaching Assistant for a caring specialist school in Kensington and Chelsea. The role provides practical, respectful support that helps pupils access learning, communication and everyday school routines. The role • Support learning, communication, mobility and personal-care routines with dignity. • Follow individual education, health and support plans. • Use sensory and communication activities to encourage engagement and independence. • Work closely with teachers, therapists and care colleagues. About you • Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs, personal-care needs or disabilities is welcomed. • You are compassionate, reliable and comfortable providing practical support. • Relevant moving-and-handling or care training is advantageous. • QTS is not required for this support role.
