ABOUT THE ROLE

IMBS is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in HR, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews & joining
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment
• Interest/background in HR or Recruitment preferred
• Candidates comfortable with Work From Office

Good verbal and written communication

Candidate sourcing & screening skills

Good follow-up and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
