The Role

This is a Hybrid set up, phone-based life insurance sales role where you'll work from home calling warm leads, set your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions starting at 80% with advancement opportunities up to 145%. You'll educate clients on life insurance solutions, guide them through the application process, and build a rewarding career while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own business and schedule.

What You'll Do

• Close Warm Leads: Conduct sales entirely over the phone, connecting with clients who have already expressed interest in life insurance.

• Manage Your Pipeline: Agents are generally responsible for purchasing their own leads to grow their business. Lead assistance programs are available to help new agents get started and build momentum.

• Control Your Schedule: Set your own hours and manage your business independently

• Protect Families: Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with life insurance policies that secure their financial future.

Who We're Looking For

• Licensing Requirements: Applicants must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, a Life & Health Insurance License.

• Highly Competitive Mindset: Former collegiate or high school varsity athletes are strongly encouraged to apply, as the discipline, resilience, coachability, and competitive drive developed through athletics often translate well into this role.
