We work with multiple U.S. host employers and offer opportunities across a range of hospitality departments, destinations and property types.Current opportunities include:• Culinary Arts • Pastry & Bakery • Food & Beverage • Front Office & Guest Services • Rooms Division • Hospitality ManagementProgramme Benefits✓ Paid hospitality training – typically $14–$27+ per hour ✓ 4–12 month J-1 programmes ✓ Opportunities with hotels, luxury resorts, private clubs, country clubs and restaurants ✓ Multiple destinations across the USA ✓ Structured professional training ✓ Housing assistance available with many host employers ✓ International hospitality experience ✓ J-1 sponsorship and visa support ✓ Pre-departure guidance ✓ Ongoing programme supportProgramme FeesProgramme fees vary depending on the individual programme and host placement, typically ranging from $2,100 to $4,500.The exact programme fee and payment schedule will be explained to candidates before they commit to a placement.What Is Included in the Programme Fee?The Training 4 Hospitality programme fee includes support throughout the recruitment and J-1 programme process, including:✓ Candidate screening and eligibility assessment ✓ Assistance identifying suitable host opportunities ✓ Host employer introductions and interview coordination ✓ J-1 sponsorship coordination through our sponsor partners ✓ DS-2019 and programme documentation support ✓ Visa application guidance and preparation support ✓ Pre-departure guidance ✓ Programme orientation and support ✓ Ongoing support throughout the programmeAdditional CostsCandidates are responsible for costs outside of the programme fee, including:• SEVIS fee • U.S. visa application fee • International flights • Accommodation and living expenses • Travel/medical insurance • Personal expensesHousing arrangements vary by host employer. Some opportunities offer on-site or subsidised accommodation, and the details will be provided with the individual placement.J-1 Programme & SupportTraining 4 Hospitality works with U.S. J-1 sponsor partners to support candidates throughout the Cultural Exchange programme.Our team provides support with:✓ Candidate screening and programme eligibility ✓ Host employer matching ✓ Host employer interview coordination ✓ J-1 sponsorship coordination ✓ Visa preparation and guidance ✓ Pre-departure support ✓ Programme orientation ✓ Ongoing support throughout the placementShortlisted candidates will first complete a Training 4 Hospitality assessment. Suitable candidates can then be introduced to host employers based on their background, experience, programme eligibility and career goals.Please note: This is a structured J-1 Cultural Exchange Programme and is not a standard U.S. job placement.
