Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle professional to oversee and support medical billing and revenue cycle functions. This role will be highly analytical and hands-on, with a strong focus on process improvement, reporting, and ensuring efficient revenue cycle operations.

Top Keys:

• 5–10+ years of Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing experience
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and revenue cycle reporting
  
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, manual billing environment
  
• Experience working with private insurance and MassHealth
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
