Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Rotating one Saturday every two months at this location is required for all providers

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Spanish) to join our growing primary care practice in Daveport, FL.

In this role, you will lead high-touch care management and ongoing wellness initiatives for a diverse local patient population, serving as a trusted primary care partner in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, continuous primary care and preventative medicine to adult and family medicine patients.
  

• Conduct comprehensive wellness exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and order appropriate diagnostic testing.
  

• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to build strong relationships, ensure culturally competent care, and improve health outcomes for Spanish-speaking patients.
  

• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, care managers, and administrative support teams to maintain streamlined practice workflows.
  

• Utilize patient data and clinical insights to deliver proactive, individualized care management plans.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
  

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Florida APRN License (or willing/eligible to obtain).
  

• Language: Fluent/Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for patient-facing communication).
  

• Experience: Experience in outpatient primary care, family practice, or internal medicine is preferred; enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply.
  

• Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA registration or eligibility.
