Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with expertise in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to support critical business applications. The role involves proactively identifying and resolving application issues, monitoring system behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and resolve application issues across essential business systems, particularly SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management modules.
  

• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team and taking responsibility for technical and support decisions.
  

• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to key decisions.
  

• Coordinate cross-functional support efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
  

• Monitor and analyze system behavior to identify potential failures and prevent disruptions.
  

• Understand business processes and work with relevant teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Mentor junior team members to strengthen their technical proficiency and application support capabilities.
  

• Document issues and communicate support priorities clearly to maintain alignment across teams.
  

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
  

• Strong hands-on proficiency in SAP FSCM TRM, with analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to these modules.
  

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within enterprise environments.
  

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand business processes.
  

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques for proactively identifying potential failures.
  

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  

• Ability to guide team members and contribute to technical decisions.
  

• 15 years of full-time education.
  

• Availability to work on-site in Bangalore.
