Full-Time | Night Shift | Permanent Position

$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville to recruit an experienced ICU RN for its night-shift team.

Position Highlights:

Three 12-hour night shifts
Rotating weekends
Night and weekend shift differentials
Supportive critical-care team
Permanent hospital position

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct care to critically ill patients
Assess patients and respond quickly to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and critical-care equipment
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate and support patients and their families

Qualifications:

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license
At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical-care RN experience
BLS certification
ACLS certification or ability to obtain it shortly after hire
Nursing diploma, ADN, ASN, or BSN
