We are seeking a Client Services Assistant to provide day-to-day support for client accounts and assist with the coordination of client-related activities. This role works closely with the client services team to help manage communications, organize information, coordinate requests, and ensure clients receive timely and professional support.
The Client Services Assistant will balance client interaction with administrative and organizational responsibilities. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable communicating with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day client communications and service requests
- Respond to routine client questions and provide accurate information
- Coordinate follow-up on client requests and outstanding items
- Prepare and organize client documents, materials, and service information
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity
- Assist with scheduling client meetings, calls, and other activities
- Track open requests and help ensure timely follow-through
- Provide clients with updates regarding ongoing activities and requests
- Coordinate information between clients and appropriate internal teams
- Assist with preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
- Maintain organized client files, records, and documentation
- Gather client feedback and communicate relevant information to the team
- Develop familiarity with company services, processes, and current initiatives
- Support client programs, projects, and other account-related activities
- Provide additional administrative and client services support as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional and comfortable communicating directly with clients
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Ability to learn company services, systems, and processes
Previous experience in client services, administrative support, customer service, account support, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred
