Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Process Engineer on behalf of our client, a PVC fitting manufacturer in Edison, New Jersey.

This role supports daily production at the facility. The engineer will maintain equipment efficiency, troubleshoot issues, ensure quality standards, and drive process optimization across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for major production assets generating $50MM to $200MM in annual revenue.
  
• Drive improvements in process efficiency and product quality.
  
• Lead process optimization and reduce costs related to poor quality.
  
• Troubleshoot production problems and support daily operations.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
  
• 3+ years of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing.
  
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  
• Strong complex data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Project management capabilities.
  
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE).
  
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
  
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  
• Background in plastics and/or extrusion manufacturing.
  
• Experience collaborating with vendors.
