About the Position

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients with mechanical, physiological, developmental, functional, and movement-related impairments to determine an appropriate diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Identify impairments, functional limitations, and movement-related conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Implement and modify treatment interventions to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Help prevent injury and reduce the risk of functional limitations and disability.
  • Promote mobility, independence, health, wellness, and overall quality of life.
  • Educate patients, families, caregivers, and members of the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in education, consultation, administration, and research activities as appropriate.
  • Maintain professional standards and demonstrate effective communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making.

Education:
