A telecom equipment and solutions provider specializing in optical network infrastructure, broadband access, and turnkey telecom projects for operators and enterprise customers.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IPRAN & Data Communication equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering issues during project implementation and network operation.
Provide technical training and guidance on IPRAN & Data Communication products and solutions.
Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure project quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the stability, reliability, and continuous operation of IPRAN & Data Communication networks.

Key requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in IPRAN, IP/MPLS, routing and switching is an advantage. Fresh graduates and candidates willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of IP networking, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN and VPN is preferred.
Willing to learn network troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, configuration, monitoring and fault resolution.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with customers, NOC teams, field engineers and project teams.
TM/YTL project or network experience is an advantage.
Good English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
