An ultra-high-net-worth principal is actively seeking a discreet, independent medical authority for a highly confidential, permanent full-time position. This assignment requires a physician capable of executing complex clinical decisions autonomously within a secure, floating private estate.

You will be the sole healthcare leader, guaranteeing hospital-grade confidentiality and bespoke care as the client traverses the Mediterranean elite circuit. Your medical oversight will cover extended stays and transits between Monaco, Italy, the Algarve, Ibiza, Marbella, Mallorca, and the Greek Islands. We need a professional whose discretion is as refined as their clinical acumen.

Requirements

Credentials: A recognized doctorate of medicine originating from the UK, Ireland, North America (USA/Canada), Europe, or Australasia.

Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of active duty following the completion of your specialist training.

Required Specialties: Deep knowledge in Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, or Family Medicine is mandatory.
