• Evaluate and manage patients with hand, joint, and sports-related orthopedic conditions
  
• Develop and implement treatment plans
  
• Perform procedures as needed (e.g., joint injections, minor procedures)
  
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare providers
  
• Maintain accurate medical records in Epic
