As a Leadership Development & Business Growth Consultant, you’ll use established marketing and communication processes to connect with people interested in our digital personal development programs.

Your activities will include:

• Promoting programs through online marketing channels.
• Connecting with prospective clients and conducting initial suitability conversations.
• Coordinating access to online presentations and following up.
• Building client relationships and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in ongoing training and developing your own leadership skills.

This is an independent, performance-based role.

Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments. Consistent effort, initiative and direct communication with people are essential.

Requirements

• Currently based in the United States.
• Previous professional experience in business development, sales, marketing, client relations, leadership or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• Able to work independently, organise your time and follow a structured process.
• Comfortable with an independent, performance-based arrangement where earnings come from product sales.
• Able to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Reliable internet access, a computer and phone.
• Willingness to learn online marketing methods and participate in ongoing training.
• A genuine interest in personal development and leadership education.

This role is suited to experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
