Medical Billing & Healthcare Virtual Assistant
📍 Location: Islamabad Gulberg Greens (On-site)
CodeCure AI is a growing medical billing and healthcare support company serving healthcare providers in the United States. We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support front desk operations, insurance verification, patient communication, appointment scheduling, and other administrative healthcare tasks
Role & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant
• Knowledge of PPO, Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare insurance
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing portals
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with Therapy Notes is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
• Handle patient billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support providers with administrative and billing-related tasks
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
