AI Engineer – RAG & LLM Solutions for Financial Services (M/F)

You will design, develop, and optimize advanced Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures within a highly regulated financial environment. You will build intelligent systems capable of retrieving and interpreting complex regulatory information, validating financial calculations, detecting discrepancies, and generating transparent, explainable, and auditable outputs. Working across AI engineering, information retrieval, and applied research, you will contribute to the development of production-grade platforms where precision, reliability, traceability, and compliance are critical. You will also drive innovation through experimentation with advanced retrieval strategies, agent orchestration, multilingual AI systems, and evaluation frameworks for real-world financial and regulatory use cases.

Your profile :

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI applications
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Transformers, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of Embeddings, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Information Retrieval
• Exposure to Financial Services, Fund Accounting, NAV calculations, or Regulatory Compliance is a plus
• Familiarity with CSSF/ESMA regulations, NLP technologies, or multi-agent systems is an advantage
• Experience with Git and software development best practices
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
