This is a self-managed role with performance-based uncapped earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of professional work experience.
  
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
  
• Experience in sales, client service, marketing or business development is helpful.
  
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
  
• The initiative and organisation to work independently.
  
• Willingness to learn digital marketing methods and use established systems.
  
• A reliable internet connection, computer and phone.
  
• Comfort with a performance-based income structure without a fixed salary.
  

This role is not suitable for students or recent graduates.
