Romazzino a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda is looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team for the 2027 season.You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury services to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, leading by example and supporting the professional growth of the restaurant team.Key Responsabilities:·       Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.·       Lead and support the restaurant team.·       Deliver personalised and attentive guest service.·       Coordinate effectively with the culinary team.·       Monitor service quality, standards, and inventory. ·       2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.·       Strong leadership and team-management skills.·       Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities.·       Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations.·       Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred ·       Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
