Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at a premier wellness center in Kannur, Kerala. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and administer tailored physical therapy treatments to assist patients in recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, and improving overall physical mobility and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility issues, and rehabilitation needs.
  

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on posture, strength, endurance, and pain relief.
  

• Perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electro-therapy, and hydrotherapy as required.
  

• Track, document, and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
  

• Educate patients and their families on home care routines, preventive techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.
  

• Collaborate with medical professionals and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care.
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the wellness center.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) required; Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a strong plus.
  

• Experience: Open to freshers (0–1 years) as well as experienced practitioners with a passion for wellness and rehabilitation.
  

• License: Valid registration with a recognized Indian/Kerala physiotherapy council/association.
  

• Skills:
  

  • Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
    

  • Proficiency in manual therapy, joint mobilization, and active/passive exercise therapy.
    

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities.
    

• Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English; working knowledge of Hindi is beneficial.
