Senior Business Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements discovery and definition for a new loyalty and rewards platform within a complex banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery from broad and ambiguous business needs.
  
• Facilitate workshops with business, product and technology stakeholders.
  
• Challenge assumptions and identify gaps, dependencies and risks.
  
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
  
• Create process maps, story maps and analysis artefacts.
  
• Maintain requirements and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
  
• Work effectively across Agile, structured and hybrid delivery environments.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Senior Business Analysis experience in complex technology environments.
  
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
  
• Strong workshop facilitation and process/story mapping experience.
  
• Practical Jira and Confluence experience.
  
• Good technical understanding and ability to engage with software engineering teams.
