HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Locations:

📍 Mumbai: Charkop, Kandivali West – Sector 5

📍 Bangalore: Hosur Road, Munireddy Layout – 560068

Experience: 6 months minimum

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000–₹17,000/month

### Key Responsibilities

Handle basic end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Manage offers and joining follow-ups.
Maintain candidate database, trackers, and recruitment reports.

### Requirements

6+ months of recruitment experience.
Good communication and sourcing skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
