As a Manager in Training (MIT) – People & Culture, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all P&C aspects while contributing to an exceptional employee experience. This 18-month development program is designed for a people-oriented individual with strong business acumen who is eager to make an impact, grow as a leader and build a successful career within Four Seasons. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, you will develop the skills and confidence needed to become a future leader within the organization.What you will doSupport the daily operations of the People & Culture department and participate in key P&C initiatives.Develop a strong understanding of Four Seasons culture, values, and people practices.Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal events.Support learning and development initiatives, training coordination, and talent development programs.Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Collaborate with all employees across the hotel, building strong relationships and providing P&C support.Gain exposure to workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and P&C analytics.Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and supporting business objectives.Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills while preparing for future leadership opportunities.What you bringDegree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or a related field.Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or a people-focused environment is preferred.Passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive workplace experiences.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.Proficiency in English.
