Site Engineer – Ground Improvement

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Site Engineer – Ground Improvement in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the construction and ground engineering sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise ground improvement activities at assigned construction sites in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Coordinate daily site execution involving ground treatment and geotechnical construction activities.
  
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, materials, equipment, and site progress.
  
• Ensure ground improvement works comply with approved method statements and project quality requirements.
  
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel.
  
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, inspection documentation, and technical records.
  
• Monitor site safety requirements and ensure activities follow applicable HSE procedures.
  
• Identify site execution issues and coordinate appropriate technical corrective actions.
  

Required Skills

1. Ground Improvement: Understanding of ground treatment principles and site execution requirements.
   
2. Site Supervision: Ability to monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction activities.
   
3. Geotechnical Works: Practical understanding of soil conditions and geotechnical construction activities.
   
4. Quality Control: Ability to follow drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection requirements.
   
5. Technical Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and execution documentation.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience on UAE or GCC construction projects.
  
• Familiarity with ground improvement equipment and field-testing activities.
  
• Knowledge of construction HSE and QA/QC procedures.
  

Work Experience Requirements
