Junior/Graduate Marketing & Content Creator

Secret Gardens is looking for a Junior / Graduate Marketing & Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-focused individual who is highly familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends and enjoys creating engaging content.

This is a hands-on role involving content creation, filming, editing, and social media management. The successful candidate will work closely with our team, visit project sites, capture content using an iPhone, and create and publish content across our social media platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, and features
• Film content on-site and work closely with different teams
• Capture photos and videos using an iPhone
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and TikToks
• Plan and publish regular social media content
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and day-to-day content
• Help maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or junior-level experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Experience using Instagram, CapCut, and basic video/photo editing software
• Creative with a good eye for visuals and engaging content
• Comfortable filming and creating content on-site
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to work hands-on with the team
• Strong interest in current social media trends
• Experience using a professional camera is an advantage, but not essential
