SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance Architect

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance Architect, a pivotal role designed to steer the strategic financial technology roadmap and ensure the seamless integration of core finance modules within our IT Services ecosystem. This position demands a visionary leader with over a decade of specialized experience who can translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of SAP Activate methodologies and optimize financial processes through advanced S/4HANA capabilities, ensuring alignment with global standards and organizational growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end design of SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance landscapes, ensuring high availability and performance.
  
• Lead the implementation of Bank Communication Management (BCM) to streamline banking interactions and payment processing workflows.
  
• Define and enforce strategies for Intercompany Accounting to facilitate accurate and efficient cross-entity financial reconciliation.
  
• Manage the integration of Financial Accounting General Ledger (FI-GL) with other enterprise modules to maintain data integrity across the system.
  
• Configure and optimize SAP Business Partner master data to support unified customer and vendor management.
  
• Design and govern the creation of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to meet specific functional needs.
  
• Direct the Asset Accounting processes to ensure accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting of fixed assets.
  
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO and SAP CO functionalities, ensuring they align with current financial best practices and S/4HANA innovations.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling implementations.
  
• Proven expertise in applying SAP Activate Methodology for project delivery.
  
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Intercompany Accounting.
  
• Strong proficiency in FI-GL Integration and SAP Business Partner configuration.
  
• Extensive experience in designing and managing RICEFW objects within the SAP environment.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Asset Accounting and its integration with broader financial modules.
  
• Demonstrated mastery of SAP FICO and SAP CO suites, with a specific focus on S/4HANA Finance.
  
• Ability to navigate complex IT Services environments and deliver solutions that meet high-level architectural standards.
