Senior Payroll Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Data Accuracy & Auditing: Conducting reconciliations and performing payroll audits to confirm compliance with internal controls and legal regulations.
• Process, tools and system Improvement: Identifying operational gaps, implementing new procedures, and enhancing overall efficiency.
• System Management: Utilizing both manual and advanced payroll systems to manage payroll data and generate reports.
• Escalation Support: Addressing complex payroll discrepancies and responding to high-level employee inquiries.
• Compliance & Reporting: Overseeing tax payments, year-end accountabilities, and payroll tax filings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience, often including multi-state or international payroll.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountingccounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and payroll software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll principles.
• Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.

Additional Requirement

• Will be working on a graveyard shift e.g., 8 pm or 9 pm onwards, physically present onsite (site  (Bacolod) to ensure stakeholders' needs, meetings, and payroll initiatives are attended
