Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO
  
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing)
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  
• Improve website performance through SEO, content optimization, and UX recommendations
  
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media
  
• Track KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insight
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams
  
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (can adjust based on seniority)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions
Excellent communication and content creation skills
