PROJECT MANAGER

Must have proven Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Manager.

✅ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

✅ Fluent in English with good communication and leadership skills.

✅ Proficient in reading, reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.

✅ Able to identify technical issues in drawings and provide prompt solutions.

✅ Strong knowledge of site management, construction coordination and safety regulations.

✅ Capable of leading and supervising construction teams to achieve project targets.

✅ Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining required quality and productivity standards.

✅ Able to coordinate effectively with site teams and maintain a productive working environment.

✅ Responsible, disciplined and practical approach to work.

✅ Must be willing to follow company management instructions.
