IT Applications & Governance Lead

Job Description: - Manage end-to-end application projects, including requirements gathering, RFP preparation, solution design, UAT, implementation, go-live, and transition to support, ensuring successful digital transformation initiatives. - Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery, SLA compliance, effective release management, and optimal application performance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Establish and maintain IT governance standards by supporting audits, monitoring compliance, managing IT risks, overseeing change management, and tracking IT performance. - Support enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, data flows, testing, documentation, and continuous enhancements to ensure alignment with the organization's digital transformation roadmap.

Qualifications: - Minimum 6–10 years of experience managing enterprise IT applications and delivering end-to-end implementation projects within large or multi-site organizations. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; familiarity with Azure/AWS, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall/ITIL methodologies. PMP or ITIL certification is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, POS, HRMS, Finance, Loyalty, or Guest Management Systems), system integrations, APIs, IT governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder management. - Demonstrated experience managing software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers while ensuring SLA compliance.
