About the Role

Multiplier AI is looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Hyperlocal SEO & Google Business Profile Lead to manage and scale 500+ Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB) for leading healthcare brands. This role focuses on Hyperlocal SEO, AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO), Google Maps visibility, and enterprise-scale local search growth.

Key Responsibilities

Google Business Profile Management

·        Manage and optimize 500+ Google Business Profiles.

·        Handle profile setup, bulk verification, optimization, governance, and compliance.

·        Resolve profile suspensions, ownership issues, and duplicate listings.

·        Improve profile visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.

Hyperlocal SEO & AI Search Optimization

·        Drive visibility across Google Maps, Local Pack, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

·        Implement Hyperlocal SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.

·        Optimize local landing pages, schema markup, citations, and content for AI-driven discovery.

Automation & Innovation

·        Develop AI-powered workflows to automate large-scale optimization tasks.

·        Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable growth systems.

·        Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Analytics & Performance

·        Track local rankings, Maps visibility, calls, website clicks, directions, and conversions.

·        Monitor AI search visibility and share-of-voice metrics.

·        Build dashboards and provide actionable growth insights.

Requirements

Must Have

·        Experience managing 900+ Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB).

·        Strong expertise in:

·        Bulk Verification & Uploads

·        Multi-location SEO

·        Google Business APIs

·        Reinstatement & Compliance Management

·        Local Ranking Factors & Google Maps Optimization

·        Citation Management, Schema Markup, and Local SEO Architecture

Tools Experience

·        BrightLocal, Yext, Uberall, Local Falcon, Local Viking, Moz Local, Whitespark, GeoRanker, Synup, or SEMrush Local.

Preferred

·        Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitals, or Diagnostics.

·        Knowledge of AI Search Optimization, AEO, and GEO.

·        Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, APIs, AI tools, or automation platforms.
