We are currently looking for a Bilingual French & English Customer Consultants

This is a fully remote position in Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment while supporting a globally recognised brand.

Your Role

As a Customer Consultant, you will ensure that members receive high-quality support and a seamless streaming experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
Guiding users through platform features and functionality
Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements

What We’re Looking For

Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
Customer-focused mindset

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Compensation Package:

Base Salary: €920
Performance Bonus (max): €360
Language Allowance (French + English): €250
Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (≈ €214/month)
Assiduity Allowance: €110
Flex Work Allowance: €60

Total potential monthly package: approx. €1,900+
