We are looking for an experienced and analytical Technical SEO Specialist to join our SEO & Discovery team! If you have a passion for technical SEO, website optimization, and improving search visibility at scale, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You'll help optimize educations.com, a global education marketplace with hundreds of thousands of URLs across multiple languages.

⏰ Work Mode: Full-Time, aligned with CET office hours

💼 Role: Technical SEO Specialist

What You'll Do:

🔍 Manage crawlability, indexation, and rendering across 100,000+ URLs

⚙️ Analyze server logs to identify crawl waste and optimize crawling efficiency

🌐 Implement technical SEO requirements, including canonicals, hreflang, structured data, and internal linking

🔄 Plan and execute large-scale website migrations, domain consolidations, and redirect mapping

📊 Analyze large datasets from Google Search Console, server logs, and crawl exports

🤖 Build automation tools using AI coding agents to streamline technical SEO processes

🛠️ Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to implement technical improvements

📈 Monitor search visibility, including performance in AI-generated answers

What We're Looking For:

✅ At least 4 years of hands-on technical SEO experience on websites with 100,000+ URLs

✅ Strong SQL and Python skills for analyzing datasets containing millions of rows

✅ Proven experience in server log analysis and implementing improvements based on findings

✅ Experience managing large-scale website migrations or domain consolidations

✅ Strong knowledge of hreflang and international site architecture

✅ Ability to read modern JavaScript framework code, particularly Next.js, and work with pull requests

✅ Experience building AI-powered tools or analyses to improve SEO workflows

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

⭐ Experience with AWS CloudFront, Athena, Vercel, and headless CMS platforms such as Sanity

⭐ Familiarity with large-scale crawling tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or Oncrawl, ideally in the education or marketplace industry
