What You'll Own

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to hourly maintenance employees across two rotating crews
  
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work
  
• Lead the response to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime often in the moment, under pressure
  
• Partner with operations to minimize downtime and keep production humming
  
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance talent
  
• Champion a culture where safety comes first, always
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  
•  A strong mechanical or technical background in a manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance setting
  
• Proven ability to lead skilled hourly employees and make sound decisions under pressure
  
• Comfort working in a true heavy industrial environment heat, cold, dust, noise and all
  
• Ability to work a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour schedule with flexibility when operations demand it
  

Bonus points for: prior maintenance leadership in heavy industrial or metals manufacturing, union-environment experience, PLC knowledge, and familiarity with computerized maintenance/work-order systems.
