Job Overview:
We are a third-party last-mile delivery partner working with multiple brands across food delivery, grocery, retail, gifts, courier, and e-commerce. We are hiring Delivery Executives for both part-time and full-time roles with high earning potential and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from partner stores, restaurants, warehouses, or fulfilment hubs and deliver them promptly and securely to customers.
  
• Manage deliveries across multiple categories, including food, groceries, retail goods, gifts, courier parcels, and e-commerce packages.
  
• Ensure all items are handled with care to preserve quality, freshness, and packaging integrity.
  
• Deliver a positive customer experience through courteous, professional, and reliable service.
  
• Adhere to traffic regulations, company delivery SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.
  
• Use assigned delivery applications to update order status, track routes, and submit proof of delivery.
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18- 45 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and delivery apps (training provided).
  
• Reliable transportation—bike, scooter (we offer support for those without one).
  
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable to vehicle type); assistance available for those without.
  
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  
• Ability to navigate urban and suburban routes independently and efficiently.
