Customer Care Team Leader (Maltese Speaking Required)

Our client, a well established organization in Malta, is currently seeking a Customer Care Team Leader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Care team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
  
• Handle complex customer enquiries and resolve escalated complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members, encouraging continuous improvement and development.
  
• Monitor team performance and conduct quality reviews to ensure service excellence.
  
• Assist with shift planning, workforce coordination, and the day to day operations of the Customer Care department.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure internal procedures are followed.
  
• Carry out any other duties related to the role as required by the business.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Care environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  
• A good standard of secondary education, with proficiency in English and Maltese. Knowledge of Mathematics will be considered an advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  
• A proactive, customer focused approach and the ability to motivate and support a team.
