Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Assist the Board with daily tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Independent Research: Conduct research to provide data and insights for decision- making, and prepare well-structured reports.

Presentation Preparation: Create and deliver professional presentations to support the Board’s initiatives and decision-making processes.

Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations,and create itineraries.

Communication Management: Handle all incoming communication, draft and review correspondence,and manage document preparation.

Office Operations: Manage office operations related to the Board, including maintaining files, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Right Fit:

Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff, ideally supporting a Board, C-suite executive, or senior leadership team.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and anticipate the Board's needs before they arise.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished correspondence and represent the Board professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Research & Analytical Ability: Comfortable digging into data, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and translating findings into clear, decision-ready reports.

Tech Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets), and comfortable picking up new scheduling, travel, and collaboration tools.

Discretion & Judgment: A trustworthy individual who exercises sound judgment when handling confidential Board matters, financial information, or sensitive correspondence.

Composure Under Pressure: Able to stay calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when schedules shift last-minute or priorities change quickly.

Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks end-to-end, follows up without being asked, and looks for ways to make the Board's workflow more efficient.

Interpersonal Skills: Polished, personable, and diplomatic — able to liaise confidently with Board members, senior executives, and external partners alike.
